Cameron grew up on a steady diet of cartoons, comic books, and NES and Atari 2600 video games. As a child his mornings were spent watching Beast Wars and ReBoot while his nights were spent staying up past his bed time secretly so he could watch Space Ghost: Coast to Coast and M*A*S*H* reruns.
Some of his favorite comics that have influenced him in some way are Matt Wagner’s GRENDEL and MAGE, Brian Wood’s LOCAL, Warren Ellis’ FELL, Harvey Pekar’s AMERICAN SPLENDOR, Lee Falk’s THE PHANTOM, Jack Kirby’s FOURTH WORLD, and pretty much anything from Ted McKeever.
